Nowadays, CH coordinates the production of the 12 textile cooperatives spread in different slums around Andheri. Each one produces garments, complements, soft toys, and other handicrafts that are aimed at both, local and international markets. The international market is managed through the NGOs involved in fair trade projects, the local one through exhibitions, sales at schools, universities, institutions, stalls and own store.

Asli Foods project, a daily food catering and delivery service operating around the Mumbai office area, its main customer, works very well as it is self-sustainable.

The Community Development Programs are having an impact on the community where they take place, so that it is now the women who come to CH instead of having to be CH social workers the ones to find and convince them to enter the project.

In 2000, a report performed by the organization was released, in which main objectives and achievements are explained, and economical information about the three programs is given: community development program; economic development program; and women personal capacity development program. Afterwards in 2004, another study (from April 2001 to March 2003 inclusive) was released after the review of the external audit (Alan Kay, CBS Network, UK). The conclusion of the study was very positive about CH mission, values, organization and its achievements.

Even if there are charitable organizations focused on orphans and handicapped adults in Andheri, apart from CH, there is no other women empowerment and development project in the area. As a result, CH becomes the only organization that works in favour of community development through women empowerment.

Creative Handicrafts remained a fair trade organization from the beginning though registered with the fair trade network only in 2005. It firmly believes that fair trade is the answer to the wide spread poverty and hunger.
